I wrote and re wrote a reflection post for New Years and I had a hard time encapsulating what last year meant to me.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I wanted to write something deep, something inspirational, something that captures the truly life changing shifts in mindset, in doing and being. But somehow most words felt trite, cliche or just… not right.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So instead of pressing on with a forced post, I just want to leave you with the lesson that took me rather long time to learn:
“Seek out the leaders, the teachers, the resources, the friends, the soulmates who inspire you to be more of YOU. Whether it’s a person, your person, your people, a book, a talk – whatever the learning experience may be, turn up the volume on those who encourage you to show up fully as yourself, to lean into what feels right to you – because that’s where the magic happens”.

Come join me on Substack, where I share my Love Notes, a gentle pause in your week to reflect, realign, and reconnect in midlife. It’s not just another newsletter; it’s an intimate circle where I offer fresh intentions, soulful prompts, and simple but powerful shifts to inspire purposeful, creative living. Together, we’ll uncover the small but meaningful changes that help you design a life that feels beautifully your own.
