Use A Therapeutic Mouthwash

Once your gums or mouth tissue is damaged, nicotine makes it difficult to heal. It increases the risk of tooth decay and oral cancer. In addition, it also affects the overall appearance of your mouth and leads to yellowing teeth and tongue. It may also be the reason for bad breathing.

Avoid Excessive Sugar
Did you know your food also contributes to your oral health? Well, that’s correct. Consuming candy, desserts, processed foods like packaged snack foods (chips, crackers), instant noodles and pasts, and frozen meals containing added sugar can lead to cavities.
According to the WHO, people should limit their sugar intake to below 10% of their calories. And if you reduce it to 5%, you can prevent cavities and other dental problems quickly.
So, instead of having these foods, you should eat fibre-rich fruits such as apples, pearls, and bananas, and vegetables, Broccoli, Carrots, Sweet potatoes, etc. are the best choices.
Similarly, you can replace sugary drinks like soda, juice, or other beverages with tea or coffee without sugar. Or if you do like your beverages with sugar, try to reduce the intake.
