Global Wellness Brand Returns to the UK with Its Most Ambitious Event Yet, Presented in Partnership with BRITA

Sunday, September 7th, 2025 | Hackney Bridge, London

For the first time ever, global wellness phenomenon Daybreaker brings its signature sunrise-to-sunset experience to London with a brand-new, one-day festival: ALIVE : LDN, presented in partnership with BRITA. Taking place on Sunday, September 7th at Hackney Bridge — East London’s creative and cultural hub — this immersive celebration of movement, music, and mindful connection marks Daybreaker’s most expansive UK event to date.

ALIVE : LDN is a full-body invitation to wake up, connect, and celebrate. From morning yoga and live DJ sets to keynote talks, sauna rituals, and a headline sunset performance, every element of the day is designed to spark joy, wellness, and community at a time when togetherness is more essential than ever. Ticketing opens to the public on FridayJune 13th. To grab your tickets — or unlock 24-hour early access and exclusive presale perks – click here.

Rooted in BRITA’s “ALIVE” brand platform, the festival invites guests to stop pretending and start living what truly makes them feel alive. The launch of the platform follows research by BRITA, which identified that 62% of British 16-30 year olds do not feel they can be authentic, with over half of those respondents (55%) citing that social pressure was holding them back from being their true authentic selves. In a world full of polarisation and distraction, BRITA and Daybreaker are creating a space to reconnect with what matters — empowering people to listen to their true needs, be authentic, and experience moments of real aliveness. Just as BRITA believes in making mindful choices for ourselves and the planet, ALIVE : LDN is where hydration, self-care, and human connection meet in full expression.

Daybreaker first landed in London in 2019 with a sold-out sunrise rave led by Honey Dijon — a morning that still lives in the hearts of its community. Now, five years later, ALIVE : LDN deepens the brand’s UK roots with its first-ever one-day festival format, designed to meet a cultural moment shaped by political division, screen fatigue, and a longing for real human connection.

The day begins with Daybreaker’s signature “morning triathlon”: 45 minutes of yoga to ground the body, followed by a 30-minute run to energise the spirit, and culminating in a headline dance party DJ set designed to light the soul on fire. Guests will be welcomed into a plastic-free environment, with BRITA hydration refill stations throughout the venue — a seamless alignment of values around wellness, sustainability, and self-care.

Throughout the day, guests will explore thought-provoking keynote talks, community rituals, immersive sound baths, and restorative wellness zones — complete with cold plunges, saunas, nourishing food trucks, and non-alcoholic cocktails. As the sun sets, a surprise headliner will bring the dance floor back to life, culminating in a collective exhale that’s both ceremonial and celebratory.

In a world increasingly shaped by isolation, disconnection, and digital overwhelm, ALIVE : LDN is a living, breathing response — a real-world reminder of the power of collective joy. The event channels Daybreaker’s founding belief that dance floors can be sacred spaces, where self-expression is safe, welcome, and celebrated.

“ALIVE : LDN is our love letter to a world aching for connection,” shared Radha Agrawal, Co-Founder & CEO of Daybreaker. “We built this day to remind ourselves — and each other — that joy is not a luxury, it’s a birthright. In a time of isolation and overwhelm, we’re gathering to wake up our bodies, ignite our spirits, and come home to community.”

“ALIVE : LDN is so much more than an event — it’s a powerful moment where our brand transformation becomes tangible. Our research revealed that two-thirds of British 16-30-year-olds would feel happy if they were able to be their true authentic selves,  so, together with Daybreaker, we’ve created a space where people can reconnect with what really matters: their body, their mind, and the world around them. This festival reflects exactly where we’re headed as a brand — empowering people to make better choices, feel truly alive, and live more genuinely,” said Maren Huth, Director Global Brand Strategy & Experience.

ALIVE : LDN is one of more than 100 events on Daybreaker’s global Have Fun, Be Nice Tour — a sweeping campaign bringing radical joy and intentional community to over 20 cities worldwide. From sunrise dance parties at Rumsey Playfield in Central Park to late-night sauna raves at Othership in Manhattan, and even a dance voyage down the Amazon River, the tour is redefining what wellness and connection look like in 2025. Each stop features Daybreaker’s signature mix of movement, music, and mindful ritual, inviting people of all ages to reconnect face-to-face in a time of digital saturation and cultural divide.

Daybreaker has long been a cultural pioneer in sober dance, social wellness, and radical community, and ALIVE : LDN marks a bold next chapter for the movement in the UK and beyond. The tour is also intertwined with the work of Belong Centre, Daybreaker’s nonprofit initiative tackling the loneliness epidemic through monthly Belong Circles, public activations like Belong Benches, and the recently launched Yellow Jackets app — a digital platform that makes social connection as intuitive as scrolling your phone.
