My mission is to help women in their #BlissfulForties Envision, Create & Design the Life they really want. My vision is that my message will remind you daily to be grateful for what you have but mindful of what you can become.
You see; one of the most thrilling, creatively energising, and empowering truths is that we get to choose the kind of woman we want to be. And we can tune into her at ANY time. And this starts with the ultimate question;
What Kind of Woman do You Want to Be?
Throughout my life – especially since I moved to the UK in 2008, I have constantly examined, reinvented, and built myself into a woman I am incredibly proud of (if I can say so myself!). And to be honest with you; it is a lifelong and ongoing process.
No matter where you are in life, it’s always helpful to revisit the vision for who you are; Where in your Life are you right now in comparison to where you want to be? Where in your life can you upgrade? What in your life can you release and let go of?
I check-in with myself on a monthly basis (or whenever needed) and ask myself below questions when I am focusing on becoming the woman I want to be and up-levelling my life:
- Does the way I’m living (lifestyle, home, etc.) align with the woman I want to be?
- Does the way I’m dressing align with the woman I want to be?
- Does the way I’m treating my body align with the woman I want to be?
- Does the way I’m showing up in my relationships align with the woman I want to be?
